In the shoulder and high seasons, we respond to emails daily 7 days a week, in the early morning and afternoon NZ time between the hours of 08:30 to 17:30. In the low season, we respond to emails 08:30 to 17:30 Monday through Friday only

We are closed on Christmas Day – New Years Day – Good Friday – Sundays and all NZ public holidays (Unless by prior appointment)
